help identifying succulant plant

hello, i have found this plant in a neighbors yard and was wondering if anyone can tell me what it is. i would love to buy some of these for my own garden.

also, there seems to be one orange and one red - are they the same plant and in just different growth phases or are the same plant that comes in different colors?

Those handsome plants in bloom are Aloes of some kind, I don't know which. Perhaps if you ask the neighbor whose yard it is, they'll know.

It looks like the pictures of Aloe ferox that I have seen. Bear in mind, I have not seen the actual plant in bloom. That would be my not so knowledgable guess.

Looks reasonably like A. ferox, but there are some others similar, like A. vaombe, and there are a lot of hybrids out there in the SD area. Keep in mind these become 10'+ trees over time.

Aloe ferox for sure... certainly not Aloe vaombe- leaves and flowers wrong. Not even a hybrid to me... pure ferox.
