Looks a bit like a Aloe speciosa hybrid (flowers wrong, but leaves are sure close). Aloe pulcherrima has flowers somewhat similar, but the leaves are too skinny.

Does Aloe speciosa have a serrated edge? I felt the edges of many of the leaves and this plant and I couldn't sense any form of serration at all. I wil try again this weekend to check whether any of the older leaves have serration. Here's a closer look at one of the flowers.
