Echeveria soggy leaves

Hi! I'm new here and really just new to plants in general. I bought an Echeveria five days ago, and earlier today I noticed that the plant was slanting a bit. I assumed it was just because it was growing in the direction of light (I place it by a window), and figured I'd just rotate the pot/plant tomorrow. However, later in the day I noticed that a liquid substance was coming from the plant and half of the leaves were turning soggy and darker. Is there something wrong with the plant? What can I do? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you! :)

(The top pictures are from the day I got my Echeveria, and the bottom pictures are from today.)
