Soggy leaves is usually a sign of rot. What kind of mix is this potted in and what direction is the window its by? What zone are you in?

Does your pot have a drainage hole?

That looks like a Sempervivum to me, not an Echeveria.

And I second the question about drainage holes, it looks like it is rotting, sorry to say.

It most definitely is a Semp and is usually grown outside as a bedding plant, etc. You could un-pot the plant and take a look at the base. If there is viable stem, remove any unhealthy material, allow to callous for several days and replant in something more gritty. Once rooted, back off on too much water and give it lots of sun and cool temps because this plant would be semi-dormant outside unless you live in a warm climate.

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for all the replies! And thank you too for the correct identification! The lady at the market told me it was Echeveria so I thought it was that. But thank you for correcting me! And thank you so much too for all the advice! Sadly though, when I woke up today, all of the leaves were soggy and a slight smell was coming from the plant so I couldn't save it anymore. :(

Hi! I'm from the Philippines too and i've killed a lot of sempervivum (that one's an S. calcareum) before i learned what conditions they prefer in our climate. When the leaves start straining down towards the soil (also with echeveria), that's usually a bad sign. The healthy ones I've seen are clustered nicely. I try not to water on the rosette, they don't seem to like it. Another hard lesson was fast draining soil and drainage holes. Since our climate is very humid, they tend to need a lot less watering. I don't think they're viable as a bedding plant over here because of the rain.
