This article shows how different species prefer different types of soil.
Sounds rather daunting at first. I'm interested to buy a package of seeds labeled as "Pachypodium mix", and just put it on hold as they may need different soil mixes. What's your opinion? A nearby store offers a potting mix of coir and perlite. Safe enough?
