How often are you watering your winter-growers vs summer-growers?

So I have a lot of succulents PIG (planted in ground) and many planted in Pots.

Some are winter growers (aloe, kalanchloe, echeveria, aeonium,sedum) and some are "summer-gowers" (agave, euphorbia, cacti, etc)

How often are you guys watering your winter growers? For instance I have aeonium that seem a little wilted, as well as some jades that seem to be red/wilted from too little water? (i think)

Like for the Aeonium could I just water it weekly or should I do monthly like my Agaves?

It's been very warm and dry for the most part in Los Angeles. It rained about a week ago like half an inch and it's been 70s since
