Is it safe to assume that your Gemini Rose is an adenium and not a hybrid tea rose?

It is easier to identify a plant using the Latin or scientific name as opposed to the common name, or a name given for marketing purposes. Most here would recognize the name Adenium obesum, but I am sure there are many here like me who have never heard the name Gemini Rose.

Mine, which were grown from seed, do not go through dormancy, as they are in a warm south facing window. One or two yellow leaves is normal.

I've had a good handful of leaves turn yellow and fall off since early November though. I wasn't able to find much online other then cutting back on water. Do you think I should water more frequently then once a month since the yellow leaves are returning?

Christopher is absolutely right, which is why I asked my question. When I googled Gemini Rose, all sorts of sites for hybrid tea roses came up. I had to do a little digging to find out that it is also a type of adenium.
