have had this plant for some years now - grows very slowly and it bloomed successfully once. The leaves are tough and the whole plant is rigid.

I figure it is in the same family as aloe, haworthia, gasteria, etc. but can't figure out what it is. I hope someone can help with an ID.

This photo shows the plant and the flower stalk (growing up through mesh) but it's not very clear.
