I think "west" is carrying the Agave, :).
I particularly like habitat shots Manuel, and those potted specimens look nice and healthy. I have only one small specimen (ssp. bokei), which is only approx 20mm diameter, maybe next year I'll get a flower.

I think someone will give extra names to some of these variations one day. In particular, the US populations have completely different flowers to the Mexican populations. Great spination on these, mine is not as heavy and probably never will be unless I get some big mirrors :)
