I am by no means an expert...but like the game, Al. I'm going to guess it's a type of Cheiridopsis. Am I warm?

I'm trying to think of a good clue.

Cheiridopsis usually have more petals and dots on the leaves, but there are an awful lot of species. Don't think so though.

This looks a lot like a Delosperma but I don't know any that would normally flower at this time. Most have the "iceplant" texture on the leaves but a few have this smoother edgier look, plus the flowers are right.

There are a bunch of obscure species that look vaguely like this but white flowers are not that common.

So I'll guess at Gibbaeum :)

Might be obscure. Truth be known, I've not had a chance to show these plants until I got my 'puter just about four years ago. It's fun to share my plant pics and a whole lot more fun to see what you all are growing. I marvel at how skilled you all are in picking out identifiable traits.

It's Psammophora longifolia. Formerly had several species. Neglect is taking it's toll on the Mesemb collection.

Hope to have one or two different species to post tomorrow.

Interesting. I guess I'll call it obscure since I didn't guess it, but you do see them around. Is this one sticky? Other species like Psammophora modesta have sticky leaves.

Reminds me a bit of a Lampranthus(which when I was a kid were simply called Mesembryanthemum tho with mauve flowers)
