| Hi everyone,
I like this plant quite a lot, but get confused buy its name. The picture is labled as Conophytum obcordellum ceresianum. But I found two species with very similar but slightly different names, Conophytum obcordellum v. ceresianum and Conophytum obcordellum ssp. ceresianum. Does any one know which name belongs to the plant in the picture? |

| All three are synonymous for the same plant. The slight variations in the name are from the authors differing over whether to consider it a true subspecies or just a variety, and the third just not wanting to commit either way. Taxonomy aside, it is a terrific little plant. Never seen one before, so I appreciate you sharing. |
