I think it's an Aloe saponaria.

Thank ye muchly. That would've been quite the shock if used like Aloe Vera, which is what I orginally thought it was (:

It does look like a maculate Aloe (saponaria is probably the most common), but if the leaves have a hard, glossy, smooth feel to them, I suspect it is actually Aloe hemmingii (sometimes tagged as A. harlana). Mine grows slowly, and blooms in late summer or early fall with some direct sun outside.
