It was in the mid 50's with little wind that day-- and the ground was wet !!In fact-- it was wet ( rain / snow) from Page all the way over to St George Utah. The locals said that was one of the few times it had rained ( or snowed ) in a long time.

That Red Rock & Canyon Country is a photographers dream!!! My head is still reeling over it!!

Looks like you had a nice trip to SE Utah. I lived in Grand Junction, Colorado for many years and have fond memories of the canyon country.

It's good to hear they had some snain there, so the tiny Pedios winkleri (Capitol Reef), bradyi (Marble Canyon) and despainii (San Rafael Swell) and the various Navajoas (Holbrook to St. George) in that region will get plumped and start flowering in late winter/early spring.
