Alole variegata (Partridge Breast Aloe), yes, common, but beautiful. I have a few grown from seed.

You've got Aloe variegata there, Ms. S., AKA the Partridge Breast Aloe, though, to make a clean breast of things between you and me, I've never seen a partridge's breast, so can neither confirm nor deny any similarity that may exist between your Aloe and aforesaid anatomical feature.

Not the easiest Aloe to grow, mind you, so I think it speaks botanically well for your growing prowess.

One of the underused aloes, its so common yet 'die hard collectors' seem to avoid it, yet its a wonderful plant-I have a young one coming into flower already(I think the cold helped)

This is my favorite (and only) Aloe. I just love it. It has been very easy to grow for me, it is getting ready to flower. I just keep mine watered once a month (every 3 wks. in summer) in full sun. Enjoy yours!

I bought mine from Walmart last year and the little guy was bulging out of it's pot. It flowered soon thereafter, but rotted in early December. It's okay, it left 4 little offsets behind. I learned a lesson - I overwatered it. I killed it, not Walmart.........Quite an unusual looking aloe.....
