| Maybe this limb hasn't rotted this winter becuase we've had so little rain. That has probably helped the offset on the side.
At any rate, I saw a fat spider (not appearing in this photograph) near this area of TGWOJWKL. I suspect if I wait a few days I might be able to scare up an opossum.
Here's a larger pic of a browned C. ovata

| Sorry, Patrick, it's The Great Wall of Jade, Where Kitties Lurk, a name and tribute specific to this big ol' hunk of burnin' succulent love. |

| A big ol' hunk of burnin' succulent love? Walking the line? Jeff, is there a song coming on? I feel like there might be something brewing deep inside. Let it out! Sing! Sing it into the night! |
Let's Meet at the Jaded Stump-opening stanza

| Shelly, Do you live near a channel, 'cause that's what I'm feeling here - oh wait, there are no maritime channels in Ottawa... All right - sung in Johnny Cash fashion, but with Diana Ross and the Supremes moves (and hair!) I keep a close watch on this succulent of mine I keep my eyes wide open for the blinding spine I keep the soil porous and wet somewhat all the time Because you're mine, I walk the line |
