Help me ID a Cereus so I may buy it again

I had a Cereus or xcereus years ago, and it was stolen. I've seen it since, usually as a base for grafts at Lowe's, and I want the real, whole thing. It was thick at the base, narrower at the top, almost like a triangle, had that grey/blue sheen to it, short, almost non-there spines, and was the slowest growing thing I've ever seen in my life. It looks sorta like this picture, although my larger one was more triangular, entirely grey sheened, and I'm not sure if it would have knobbed like this one does. Where I got this picture does not ID it.

looks like trichocereus peruvianus, ive been looking for that!

Close, but no. I'd seen that one before, too. Close on almost everything, but mine had NO spines to speak or. Maybe tiny little spinelets, 2mm long, max. And it was that way for years. Unless, thay have a hybrid or cultivar that comes near spineless?

Looks more like Trichocereus pachanoi to me. The common form has only tiny spines.

Its NOT a t. pachanoi. Ribs are too deep, and even hybrids (unless scop) have some spination.

Check out this pic, but imagine it as "straight" instead of spiraling....

also known as the Mexican fence post cactus. Great grower, quite hardy and prolific, capping out at around 7 feet or so in height. Is this what you are speaking of?
