I'm Coming Out

I guess it would be more appropriate to title it 'I'm Busting Out' but that would not use the better of (at least) two double-entendres, don't you think?

Dyckia rarifolia, looking for some loving, or at least some additional room.

Release your inner Dyckia!

Im completely positive
I think this time around
I am gonna do it
Like you never do it
Like you never knew it
Ooh, Ill make it through
The time has come for me
To break out of the shell

RE: I'm Coming Out

Wow, Jeff... it ever! What a nice Dyckia! ...and you never see those on here! I have an unidentified one, and I love it. I can find very little info on them online. That one is a beaut!! : )

Nice big Dyckia you have there Jeff!
So proud you 'came out' with it! ;)

RE: I'm Coming Out

Jeffrey, you vulgarian exhibitionist you! It looks like all the ladies are enjoying seeing your exposed and protuberant Dyckia. Have fun! ;)

RE: I'm Coming Out

Dear OooJen,

I didn't even know I had one - it's nice to find it and, as you wrote, break it out of the shell.

Dear Kate,

They're basically hard-scrabble Bromeliads. Treat them as such and you'll do fine, although like almost the rest of the Broms they're flesh-rippers, so be careful when repotting.

Dear Joyce,

My word, I'm blushing.

Dear Brad,

With Ladies such as there are here, not having fun is not an option.
