Aloe rauhii is the most known Aloe who can change colours, I say it's a Chameleon. But I think yours it's an X with A. rauhii.

I vote for aloe buhrii. It looks very much like the plant I have growing in the garden. Check out the photos on Daniel's Cactus website and see what you think. They call it 'amazingly colorful,' which fits your description as well.

First impression is buhrii, so I'm voting with Patrick.
Looks like the species, not a hybrid, but then that can be hard to tell, though I don't see any rauhii influence in your plant.

A young Fleurentinorum? (sp)

For me, even as a young plant fleurentinorum is a dark olive green, with an interesting sharkskin texture... so I don't think that's it.

I vote with the majority, Borrego - it looks a lot like a young'un of Aloe buhrii.

I have received correspondence from others who also believe this is buhrii. Thanks to all who responded, it is appreciated. Patrick wins again!!!!!!I hope Peyton is right, no hybridization would be nice. Will it flower at this size?

I'm going to keep it in full sun so the colors stay the way they are...........
