Euphorbia spec. 171 from Koehres seed
Did any of you ever try the Koehres seed Euphorbia spec. 171?
I was curious enough to give it a try and now only two months after sowing got flowering plants in result.
The seedlings are up to 40 cm in height with main stems up to 3 mm in diameter. So far they donÂt look succulent to me.

The petiolated leaves are spirally arranged, toothed at their outer margins and (under my conditions) soon deciduous.

The upper parts of the stems as well as the leaf undersides are densely covered with hairs.

The stipules are minute and soon deciduous.
{{gwi:469375}}
Surrounded by leaf-like and green bracts the inflorescence appears terminal with clustered cyathia.

Ovary and styles are covered with hairs.
{{gwi:469378}}
The cyathium bears only one nectar gland.

Due to the cyathiumÂs only one nectar gland Euphorbia spec. 171 must be member of subfamily Poinsettia and of American origin. Though these plants usually have coloured bracts.
Does any recognise spec. 171 and has a Botanical name?
Very similar seems Euphorbia dentata that however is described as having mostly opposite leaves and glabrous ovaries and styles.
