Strange is the word! Those flowers are very unusual in my experience. The inflorescences look like echeveria/pachyphytum at first glance. But the plant itself looks like a grapto. And there is some branching to the infloresences, like a graptopetalum. Perhaps your plant is a pachygraptoveria, a true mixed breed mutt. I look forward to seeing if someone can definitely determine this plants heritage.

Hablu is right. Shows what little I know. I'm so used to growing hybrids that I assume all similar plants are also mutts. But that plant is a straight forward G. paraguayense. I found a pic with an identical flower:
