Ditto the above, great flower & nice shot! While I grow a couple of Ceropegias (C. woodii, C. sandersonii & one more no ID or two), I also can offer no suggestions.

But, I CAN offer you a wonderful place to look, my friend's fantastic Ceropegia site.

Pls. search for 'Ceropegia Journal', by my friend Sage Reynolds, until recently quite the Ceropegia maven. His site is extraordinary! All his own plants, his own photography, his own website & designs, just the most wonderful place to browse if one's into Ceopegias. Added bonus are lots of different & named Ceropegias, so you just might find yours.

You might also check Dr. Barad's site, something about the Asclepiads (or Stapeliads), being the "Orchids of the Succulent World". He's a lovely man w/ expertise in many succulents, & a specialty in Asclepiads, the larger family of plants which encompass Ceropegias, Hoyas, Stapeliads, Stephanotis,Carralumas & many others.

Dr. Barad tends to specialize in Stapeliads, Caraluma, & some other, lesser known Stap family members.

I dont think that this is a form of C. sandersonii, it reminds me on C. crassifolia and may be a hybrid of it.
