Echeveria gone wild

My Echeveria looks to be flourishing which is great. It seems to be growing 4 mini plants underneath the main one at the moment. I was wondering if I should just let this thing ride or if any special care needs to be done to keep it booming. Comments?

Your Echeveria elegans looks great! Keep doing whatever you're doing. Flowering is a Spring activity, so you will probably not see many more inflorescences this year.

I believe this plant is Echeveria 'Imbricata'. They bloom on their own schedule. As long as you're keeping them healthy, they will do their bloomin' thing! :)
