I 'ld appreciate advice on how best to treat this 'mother' after her painfull birth.

| I think you're doing the right things now by reducing watering and keeping the wound dry. I've had this happen to mine on at least one occasion, probably from too much water. Not much you can do about the appearance now but I cut off the pups and rerooted them. I use the mother now as stock for new pups. HTH. |
