| Hi. You guys might remember me from that topic i posted about my so called Blue signalberg lithops.....well im sorry to say that i lost that batch.....something ate every last one when i set them out for summer! you could see bite marks all over them and it killed them.
I got a new batch of seeds going though....not from the same seller....this is a batch of mixed species. Planted in may, which makes them about a month old now.

| I had a small dish full of Lithops wiped out by a local squirrel. Of all my plants, the Mesembs seem to be most popular with them... Those seedlings are so tiny! How cute! :-) |

| i agree with you there about mesembs seemingly being every pests favorite dish. I have read where these lithops can make great house plants....so im going to try that out...my room has a south facing window, so lighting wont be a problem, and i have a bit of protection for them with my blinds if it gets too strong for them. I would say the biggest seedling so far is a tiny little 3MM...say something like this --> O |
