Our neighbor does not trim the dried palm froms off her 3 trees in her yard. Those dried frons hanging down the tree make the perfect habitat for these cute little love birds. Enjoy!

They are sooo cute!! I have a pair of Lovebirds & they had 5 babies. 3 are yellow with a blue rump & 2 are green with a blue rump. I've never seen these wild before. Down here we see the larger parrots, green w/a red forhead. Amazons I think..... Great shot!!

They are indeed wild. Below is a picture of the palm tree they call home, I have counted over 20 a one time hanging out there.

that palm is a washingtonia robusta (mexican fan palm) created the peticoat or "hula skirt" that those birds call home.
