Pretty flower, big seed horns. I like the way you wire your pods, I just use a couple of twisties, but this year it didn't work and I lost my Pachypodium rosulatum seeds from the first horns. Of course it happened over night and we had a good breeze :-)

Loosing seed like that stinks. I've had it happen to me with twist ties too. It seems like you wait forever for the pod to mature and it always opens when you're not around :-).

The 1mm bonsai wire works great. Doesn't have to be real tight, just has to hold the seed in place until I spot them.

The small seeds look really fat. Is the mother plant looks very fat too ? The seeds give me a feeling of Adenium "shada" , a Adenium arabicum variety.

There may be arabicum in it's bloodline, but it's more like obesum. It has a decent sized caudex with one upright trunk unlike my arabicums with fat multiple trunks.
