Adenium Seedling in Bloom

This is from seed I got from Taiwan. I have never had a plant bloom this small.

Cool plant! I just ordered some Adenium seeds, think it's the same species. Any growing tips for early blooming? It's always fun when the size of the flower dwarfs the plant itself. Some of my cacti are like that.

It's rare to have an adenium bloom this small. It usually takes about a year from seed.

Wow

Randy that's pretty impressive. My seedlings look like they'll take forever before they get to be your size let alone get them to flowering.

Do you do anything special? What kind of fert do you use for AO?

They get moved to full sun after their first set of true leaves. I use a 15-9-12 9 month formula osmocote on the soil and feed with a mild solution of 20-20-20 water soluble about once a week. I don't fertilize when they are predicting cold cloudy weather.
