It could pass for a Opuntia chlorotica which tends to grow from a central "trunk" and has large pads like the one in your picture. I don't have a pic of one with fruits to compare it with. (Nickname is Pancake Prickly Pear)-CJ

Thank you very much for your help. The Opuntia chlorotica is very same to my Opuntia, but its fruits are Red-purple and the fruits of my opuntia are yellow and the pricks of the pads are
more smaller.

To me it looks like some kind of subtropical Mexican species. My guesses are: Opuntia leucotricha, O. pilifera, O. pycnantha or O. scheeri. It may also be a hybrid.

Thank you very much. I believe that you are right. I have looked for information on the species that you have indicated to me. It is Opuntia leucotricha, called in Mexico Duraznillo or Nopal blanco. The yellow-pink and aromatic fruits are sold in the markets to cure the cough.
