I have never had this problem on a "Jade" plant, it just not because of care, but probably too much care it could well be a fungus, due to over watering, needs a new pot, and roots cut back some, bugs I certainly hope not, The leaves are full of water, that may be natures way of getting rid of the leaf. Just take it off, take the plant out of the pot and look at the roots, put in new fresh soil, and perhaps a larger container. Too much sun the leaves will look sunburned, too much water they will crack or ooze. Not enough water they will wrinkle and fall off. I hope one of these ideas will solve your plants problems. Do not try to solve the problem with fertilizer and more water. Norma
