I would let them grow out significantly. They are branching, nit puping. One can make them into pups later. It is hard to tell from this picture. All the plants are all crammed together and it is unclear how developed they are and what the plant is in the middle. I would separate the three plants and let them grow as is over the winter and see what you have in the spring. One can kill little things when they are little very easily. Give them room to breathe and let them mature a bit.
