Don't know exactly what the parents are but might involve lloydii and trigonus or furfuraceus, what do you think?. You can still see the damage from rodent attack on the right.
thanks Dan It is a degrafted plant but has grown a lot eversince. Don't know why hybrids ario as not offered much in the market. I think they are are quite unique and not too hard to make either.
Hi Kate thanks for your kind complement. Unfortunately due to many regulations against bringing plants between countries I didn't bring plants to the US with me. However someone is taking care of them while I'm away and hopefully I'll graduate and be there to take over in december :) !
Wow, that'll be great for you! Graduation, I mean. Then you can show us more of your collection! I think I need to move somewhere sub-tropical, or get that long-awaited greenhouse before my collection becomes anything of note, but I can always hope... : )
Yes, so I'll finaly have time to do what I like.. that is.. grow a lot of plants!!!. I bet you are not far from that long awaited greenhouse because I can attest to you that once the bug bites, it doesn't let go :)
Well, really, the green house is waiting for me to pay off my house, or win the lottery or something, or for me to come into a large amount of scrap lumber...Right now I have a frightening scene in my house, as it's chilly here now, and everything had to come inside, and that includes 180+ plants. Yikes! My husband says he's going to start on a greenhouse first thing in the spring, so he can walk through the house again!
