I have only carved one pumpkin before.It was a few years ago. My neighbor had a soft slightly mushy one.So I had a go at it. She had a carving kit.

Rosemarie, It only took him an hour to carve that out. Not to bad I guess. People tell me that all the time. He used to have my eye color which is green. Now they are more blue green. My other son has green eyes.

Funny that Rosemarie should mention his eyes...That's what I was going to say. He has gorgeous eyes! I know that's totally lost on a boy his age, so tell him from me that his is definitely one of the coolest pumpkins I have seen this year!
