That's really wonderful! E. piscidermis has been on my "most wanted Euphorbia" list for some time now. If I find one with a somewhat-discreet graft, I'll be all over it!

Great shots! I havn't seen any bloom on my plants yet over 3 years I have them. Wonder what requirement you give them to bloom? I beleive I have 2 clones and it will really be a dream come true if I can make seeds of this species!

E. piscidermis is a bisexual plant. Each cyathium produces male flowers then a female one. Probably caused by the bad weather we have the tiny single flowers are not visible at this time.

I must admit that the stock of the shown plant is a 12 cm E. canariensis and so the graft isn't dicreet at all but very obvious. On the one hand like you I don't appreciate the look of indiscreet grafts. On the other hand it is an advantage of a larger stock that it feeds its scion more powerfull...

as grafted E. piscidermis tend to etiolate somewhat (particulaly on larger stocks) I placed them to the brightest area of my greenhouse. Just to keem them compact. This seems the right treatment to get them in bloom as well.
