I have attempted to id some of my plants.

I am a cactus lover! But unfortunately I don't know any of their names. I have several plants which I would like to identify so I can take better care of them. Most of my plants I have had for around 10 years. A few of my smaller globular cacti have bloomed, but my larger specimens have not. I must be doing something wrong. I keep them alive but I do not feel they truly thrive. This is the first I am attempting to id. I believe it is either cereus forbesii or lorphocereus. Am I even close? Hope someone can help. I would love to see this baby bloom.

I don't know much about columnars, but the picture is so small that I doubt that even an expert would be able to say what it is. Do you have a bigger version?

yes, but it will not allow me to load it on here. Says 60kb is biggest I can post.

I think you need to adjust the JPEG compression ratio. I could easily decrease the size of the picture to 6 kb and it still looked good enough for the purpose.
