Oh Al, such salaciously succulent sentiments!

I really like the terra cotta/rust color of the leaves & that they remind me of felt; also lovely contrast against the weathered wooden table. But I must say that lovely color & contrast is so garrishly offset by that VILE plastic pink whatever immediately behind it in the shot (UUUUGLY).

Gee, I hope you're not saying mean things about Jeff's favorite Boogie Board. (It's too skinny for a lawn flamingo, I think. heehee)
I love the copper color, too! About the time my K. orgyalis (a relative of the one in the picture, perhaps?) gets colored up like it ought to be, fall comes and it has to come inside.

That is amazing. I am always amazed by what plants will do to survive.

Truth be told Jen, I'm w/ you abt the color (also envious here); the cutting of this he shared w/ me (a cousin of yrs. apparently), takes on an ochre/mustard color here in NYC summers indoors, but now going into fall/winter is sort of plain old gray. Handsome enough in its felt-like texture & character, but no fancy color, ;Really very pretty Jeff, but the Boogie Board simply MUST go!
