How exciting, isn't it great when plants flower for the first time? Do show pics of when the flower opens up. I'm gonna give this a shot. It looks like a Aloe pseudorubroviolacea. I know the 2 are very similar.

No, no compacta, minima or ittybittya.

I don't know of any Arabian Peninsula aloes that are minatures, unlike those found on Madagascar or Africa.
