I failed to add, Fof, that mine lives in a pot and I cannot say for sure if it has or has not ever bloomed.

For me, this clone has the heads on thinnish stalks also when there is less light.

i'm not a guru, but my guess is E. bupleurifolia x suzannae = E. 'Japonica'

Alfonso also posted such a plant recently. I IDed it as hybrid between bupleurifolia and fruticosa, which - if I remember right - was called E. 'bulbosa' in Spain.
Were is our Euphorbia guru Frank? We need your help!

That's the babe.

Just to give an idea of scale, the whole clump is about 5" across, and the oldest, largest head, not easily seen in the pic, about 2".

Doing a Google on Jordi and Mings' suggestions comes up as probably E. 'Japonica'. But what the hell - what is one hybrid or another between friends?

A nice Euphorb is a nice Euphorb by any name, I sure do like that one Fof. Sorry I can't suggest a name.

i have a bupleurifolia hybrid that is a bit stouter than this. it has some corking issues...anyone know how to stop it?

I've been trying to sort this plant out for years but can find nothing about whether it blooms or when or what the blooms look like. Plant seems to defy a detailed description. If anyone knows more about it, I'd appreciate hearing from you - or seeing a picture with blooms.

i have a picture of the blooms on mine somewhere on another computer that hasn't been plugged in...
