I believe that´s the Euphorbia ingens marmorata, the variegated form of Euphorbia ingens.

Frank should come by (seeing "Euphorbia" in your title) & straighten this out for you. I checked both Euphorbia ingens and Euphorbia ammak f. variegata at Frank's site & they both look like your plant to me!

your unknown plant is Euphorbia ammak fa. variegata. Its variegation may vary greatly. There are dark green plants with few brighter stripes as well as plants which are almost pure yellowish white. As the photos show even one plant can look different from different points of view.

There is an easy way to distinguish between the in other respects rather similar E. ammak and ingens. E. ingens has circular spine shields while E. ammak has oblong, (more or less) triangular ones. Well, the spine shields of the above shown E. ammak are unusual short.
