Parodia hazelbergii ssp. graessneri to the lumpers, Brazilicactus graessneri to the splitters, Notocactus graessneri to the fence sitters. :)

Of course it's beauty remains the same for all

I love this one too. Very striking in flower, although a bit anonymous without the flowers.

The color of the flowers are quite different but I am drawn into them just the same. Very nice...of course.

I just call it Notocactus

My taxonomy needs no practice

Lovely one, CP - one of my first Not o' Cactus, and it's still a beloved one - the greens are striking. Thanks.
