Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day. The bees were busy in my greenhouse gathering some final pollen before winter hits.

We cook up 3 large turkeys. One is deep fried the other is smoked and the 3rd one is a garbage can special, my Brother in law cooks it with beer, now that is some good eats there. Right now we are headed for a blizzard like snow storm. We are expected to get 2 foot of snow....fun wow.Enjoy everyone!!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I am lucky this year, and my mom is making the whole feast. She is retired now, and she really enjoys cooking, so YEA! She makes the best turkey ever! The weather is still decent here, but we had a heavy frost last night. My husband is outside right now, taking on our 'leaf monster' - one of 4 piles of leaves as tall as he is, all from one tree!! Have a happy, healthy one, everybody!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! This year I got to cook for the first time since I met my husband. I love to cook Thanksgiving dinner, so I insisted on it this year. I also used a Reynolds oven bag to roast my turkey for the first time. It came out amazingly tender! It was a lot of fun (and work) to cook this year and I'm glad I did it. Now we have lots of wonderful leftovers to enjoy!
