| As many of you know Euphoriba obesa and its assorted variations, i.e., symmetrica, White Ball, are dioecious. As I have found out there are many other possibilities when it comes to the "S" word.... after all this is a "G-Rated" site! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plant_sexuality Anyway, I thought you might enjoy some neat pictures of a couple of my E. obesa in the greenhouse today. You can see both pistils and stamens on the same plant. The 1st two are of a male E. symmetrica and the last is a female E. obesa. |
