I believe it is Agave geminiflora. Yours looks like several of the pix that came up on a Google search...the young seedlings. I believe its looks will change as it matures.

One common name I found is Twin-flowered Agave (I suppose the "gemini" in the name gives a hint of that). More info can be found here.

No such agave name as geminifolium...
My geminiflora seedlings all tolerated the cold and the wet outside here last winter, with just a simple covering during a freeze...
