Those are nice looking Tylecodons. I've always had problems keeping these alive, I've tried T. wallichii, T. paniculata and now have T. reticulata. Any hints you may have would greatly be appreciated. That T. paniculata is a beauty.

The one thing not working in your favor is your climate (I know, big surprise there). These are winter-growing plants, so that's when they get water and other nourishments. This also means it needs to be warm for them, full sun, preferably, and no cold temps (in the 40's F makes them unhappy, I suspect, though they probably can handle a short frost). I keep them bone-dry in the summer - their watering period is roughly September to April. If you can give them heat and bright light (natural or artificial) in the winter, they should grow well for you. They have no special soil requirements, and you feed them as you would any growing member of the Crassulaceae.
