How do you resize your picture for the net? Your pic is suffering from severe jpeg compression. If you use something that allows you to play with the resolution and size change the dpi or ppi to 72ppi/dpi and save as jpeg.

It will help the quality and your chances of getting a clear picture from which to ID.

Its not compression thats happening here, if it was the file size would be smaller-these files are in the MB range.

My browser says the file is 70kB, that's very small for a 2300x1700 pixel image. When I tried compressing a similar image to this size it needed a jpeg quality setting of just 7 (out of 100) and it looked even worse than this.
