Isn't it a cute Malagasy dwarf aloe! If I'm not mistaken, mine is going into bud now - I shall have to check and take a pic if so. It will be interesting to see the differences, wrought by cultural practices 1500 miles apart, in the two plants (I think yours is a clone of mine).
