You look great, Jordi, but I don't think I can help with the stapeliad.

    Dear Flower,

You are fantastic looking, and it certainly would not be incorrect to use as your specific name 'urn shaped'.....

I would agree with the marvelous, simply marvelous CJ that you're of the Stapeliopsis tribe. but I cannot be of more help, unless El Jefe de Kakteen would send the picture to me to post on a certain Stapeliad group.

    Alfonso,

    Thanks for this link!
Now I know that not only by my master's opinion but even according to Jerry B., THE expert in Staps, I AM Stapeliopsis urniformis though Mr. Jacobsen shows a differently shaped flower belonging to my species in his book.

Jordi, Interesting plant you have there!

That Jerry B. link has the one pictured as S. uniflora. Is urniformis a synonym? (Just little details :P )

    Rosemarie,

Sorry, for this mess. Of course I all the time ment Stapeliopsis urniflora. But on his HP Mr. G. Barad also misspelled the name. He forgot the 'r' in urni...
