The last of the Mohicans

I thought that this batch of flowers was The Last of the Mohicans for my Arios but I was wrong (that's what I get for thinking). The two in the forefront have flower buds as well as a couple of my A retusus.

Caudiciform Arios! I too like to plant mine high, but then I cover all the naughty bits with top dressing ;)

The caudiciform Ario in the picture is usually a bit less exposed but Wilma overturned it and all it's gravel spilled.

Really beautiful. Is the caudiciform one A. kotscheyanus (sp?) Sorry for my spelling, I'm using my daughter's computer till I can get mine fixed and the spell check on mine has so many of the plant names programed in.
