Hi pick your seed pod off cut open and palce in a strainer and wash off the pulp and pick out the seeds let dry and then place seed on top of your soild and put a dusting of soil over them mist lightly keep the warm and you should see some growth in about 2 weeks they may not be the same color as the mother plant because it may be a hybrid it takes 2/3 yrs before the plants are big enough to give you flower good luck with your seeds

Thank you for your response to my question.

How small are the seeds inside the pod? I'm not sure that I have a strainer with a mesh that is small enough. I assume that the seeds will ripen inside the pod..right? My fear is that it will fall off or bust open and I will not be able to find the seeds. It's very interesting to see. A sign of a healthy plant?

I suggest that you use a paper towel as the real strainer. Using the shape of the colindar, let the towel collect. Pull that out, dry right on the towel. Cut in srips, tear in strips, plant those strips. Depending on time of year, bottom heat will help with germination.
