Very nice selection. I tend to think of these as all being alike, just with different coloured flowers, but I guess I was wrong!

Very nice Dawn, I reckon you've done well. Number two is correctly named Echinocereus sciurus ssp. floresii, I have this, no flower this year, maybe next. ( I think it'll be a toss up who's will flower first!

S&B, Some echino's have almost no spines and some are so heavy with spines that you can't see the body of the plant. I personally like the more heavy spined ones but I do have some of the lesser spined ones.

CP, I knew how to spell Echinocereus sciurus ssp. floresii, I was just testing you...HeHe. I'd love to see a pic of yours, can you post some? Mine might be to young to flower :( Do you know what age they will flower at?
