What is this succulent?

A friend gave me a lot of this succulent, but she didn't know what it is called. I sell plants at the flea market, but can't sell it if I don't know the name of it or how to care for it. Does anyone know the name, succulent family and basic care needed for this?

The picture is so fuzzy that an ID is impossible. My guess and it is a guess is Aloe jucundi. Really , it could be many things.

Aloe for sure but don't think its jucunda. Maybe an A. juvenna
