Cactus ID?

The nursery couldn't give me an ID beyond maybe a Trichococerus or Cereus. It has many characteristics of a T. cuzcoensis.
Its about 15" tall and with 7 ribs.
Any ideas?
It is an interesting addition and will be loved.
